- Next time your chapter, committee, or you
are faced with a tough decision complete the
Decision-Making Survey
to assess how well the decision was executed.
Ask the Scholarship Committee to focus on
both academic achievement as well as
intellectual development in their programming
for the year.
Invite an alumna to come back to talk
about the value of intellectual and professional
development to her success as an employee.
