editorial policy guidelines for submissions to the Alpha Phi Quarterly

Submission Checklist
When submitting news and a photo about the reunion, include
the following:
- Where and when it was held
- Names (first, maiden, last) and chapter/school
when identifying alumnae
- When photos are included, identify all pictured
using first, maiden, and last names and chapter/school attended.
For large group photos, it is not necessary to identify each person,
but be certain to identify the event and date of the event.

Editorial Policy
The editor reserves the right to
accept, deny or edit any materials submitted. Unless otherwise requested,
all photos sent to the magazine will become the property of Alpha Phi
International and will not be returned. No digital photography will
be accepted.
The editor will determine
which issue of the Quarterly the information will be included
or if it will be included at all. There are strict deadlines for copy
– generally about three months ahead of delivery time – which affect
the information included.
