Congratulations
to
Kelsey Cartwright (Delta Delta-Oklahoma

and
Ashton Joseph (Delta Delta-Oklahoma
City), who was crowned Miss Black Oklahoma 2008 in
July. A sophomore honor role student, Kelsey
performed a lyrical dance during the talent aspect
of the pageant and took away a $16,000 scholarship.
Kelsey will compete for the Miss America title in
January. For more information, visit

Just
