We are thrilled to be working with Disney Institute to offer this 3-day leadership development experience. It will give our members an immersive, experiential curriculum, plus the tools and skills to lead with purpose, create an environment of trust, understand the impact of their actions and more. Disney Institute is the perfect organization to enable our members to inspire excellence and provide them with effective leadership skills. Through working with Disney Institute, we will equip our members with ways to establish their own legacies as leaders. Through our collaboration with the Disney Institute, Alpha Phi is eager to help members identify personal and organization values that drive them to be a better leader. Participants will share compelling visions for the future of their chapters and campuses that align values and visions with what drives action today. Attendees will walk away with an understanding of the role of a leader by utilizing values to infuse a culture in building teams of support.
